"Chill with the surveys!"
I just needed to ask a quick question, so I hopped on live Chat. Awesome! But in the 6 hours that followed, I've been hit with three surveys about my experience. I just want this to be over! Give me some space! You turned a good time into a bad one! It's like dealing with a clingy ex who keeps asking why we split and rephrasing it a million times. Enough already!

"It's good, but..."
As the admin for the Chat experience, I’ve noticed I need to purchase an additional 'seat or license' just to access and set things up, plus view reports without booting the Operator from their session. This added cost is tough to explain in a small business. Other than that, I’m really into everything I’ve checked out, especially the standard emailing of the chat script.
